Depart from your hotel and embark on a gastronomic adventure through the city. Your first stop is at a local market, where our local chef will brief you through the menu of the day to which you will learn how to make and help you choose fresh ingredients like the vegetables, herbs, and spices that you’ll use for your cooking class. You also have a great opportunity to learn about our Vietnamese food culture and price negotiation or how to choose the fresh ingredients from our Chef.
Back to the restaurant, and get ready to get your hand on the preparation of traditional Vietnamese lunch/dinner with the ingredients you’ve chosen. Expert chef is on hand to provide guidance and assistance throughout the cooking class.
Interact with your fellow cooks to further discover handy techniques as you prepare your simple, healthy dish. After this informative cooking session, sit down and enjoy a satisfying and delicious authentic Vietnamese meal – served in addition to your culinary creation.
After the class, you will receive the recipes which might help you cook it at home; small souvenirs and certification of the class. You make your own way back to your hotel.
